Online order terms
These terms apply to collection orders placed through the Pizzeria Al Fornello website. No payment is taken online.
1. Business identity and contact
AL FORNELLO, a French single-member limited liability company (EURL) with share capital of €240,000, whose registered office is at 114 avenue Saint-Maur, 59110 La Madeleine, France. SIREN: 890 099 161. Registered-office SIRET: 890 099 161 00014. Registration: 890 099 161 R.C.S. Lille Métropole. Intra-Community VAT number: FR15 890099161. Managing director: Ciro Panella. Telephone: 03 20 13 04 04. Email: pizzafornello@msn.com.
2. Customer account
Online ordering requires a personal account and a verified email address. Customers must provide accurate, current details, keep their password secure and not place an order for somebody else without permission. Al Fornello may suspend an account in the event of fraud, abuse or repeated uncollected orders.
3. Products, availability and order acceptance
The recipes, prices and availability shown when the order is placed apply. Customers review their basket and collection slot and accept these terms before sending the order. The automatic acknowledgement only confirms that the request was transmitted. The order is accepted when Al Fornello approves it in the customer account or by email. If an item is unavailable, the order may be declined or an alternative may be offered.
4. Prices and payment at the counter
Prices are stated in euros and include applicable taxes. This website does not take online payment. The full amount is due at the counter on collection, using a payment method accepted on the premises. No bank charge is made when the order is sent.
5. Collection, changes and cancellation
Customers collect from the pizzeria during the chosen slot and provide their order reference. To change or cancel an order, call 03 20 13 04 04 as soon as possible. A change is effective only after confirmation by Al Fornello. An order already being prepared may no longer be cancellable. In the event of a significant delay or no-show, quality cannot be guaranteed and the order may be recorded as uncollected.
6. Withdrawal right
Pizzas and food preparations are made for prompt collection and may deteriorate quickly. Under Article L. 221-28, 4° of the French Consumer Code, the withdrawal right does not apply to goods liable to deteriorate or expire rapidly. Before preparation begins, customers may nevertheless call the pizzeria; Al Fornello will confirm whether cancellation is still possible.
7. Allergens and special requests
Customers with an allergy or intolerance must call the pizzeria before ordering. A note added to the basket does not guarantee the absence of an allergen or cross-contamination. Al Fornello may decline a request that cannot be fulfilled with sufficient safety.
8. Complaints, mediation and governing law
Any issue should first be reported to pizzafornello@msn.com or 03 20 13 04 04 so that an amicable solution can be sought. Competent consumer mediator, address and website: To be completed. These terms are governed by French law without depriving consumers of any mandatory protection available to them.

Privacy policy
This policy explains how Al Fornello uses the data required for customer accounts and collection orders.
1. Data controller
The data controller is AL FORNELLO, a French single-member limited liability company (EURL) with share capital of €240,000, SIREN 890 099 161, whose registered office is at 114 avenue Saint-Maur, 59110 La Madeleine, France. 2. Data processed
We process first and last name, email address, telephone number, language, account identifier and email verification status; order contents, amount, collection slot, notes and status history; and technical data strictly required for sign-in, security, abuse prevention and transactional email delivery. No payment card data is collected.
3. Purposes and legal bases
Account creation and the placing, tracking and collection of orders rely on steps taken before entering into a contract and performance of the contract. Fraud prevention, service security and management of uncollected orders rely on Al Fornello’s legitimate interests. Any accounting duties or lawful authority requests rely on a legal obligation. We do not use this data for advertising without consent.
4. Recipients and providers
Data is available only to authorised Al Fornello staff and, to the extent required for their work, to technical providers: Supabase for authentication, Resend for transactional email and ChatGPT Sites / OpenAI for hosting the website and ordering service. Data is neither sold nor rented.
5. International transfers
Some providers may process data outside the European Economic Area. Where this occurs, the transfer must rely on a mechanism recognised by the GDPR, such as an adequacy decision or standard contractual clauses, together with any appropriate supplementary safeguards implemented by the provider.
6. Retention periods
Account data is kept while the account is in use and, unless a request or legal duty requires otherwise, is deleted or anonymised no later than three years after the last interaction. Operational order history is kept during the customer relationship and then archived or deleted according to applicable limitation periods. Records required for accounting evidence may be archived for ten years. Security counters are kept only for the period needed to prevent abuse.
7. Security and cookies
The site uses encrypted connections, secure session cookies and access controls. Passwords are handled by the authentication service and cannot be read by Al Fornello. The basket may be stored in the browser. The current ordering service does not install advertising cookies or marketing trackers.
8. Your rights
You may request access, correction, deletion, restriction or portability of your data and, where processing relies on legitimate interests, object to it. Email pizzafornello@msn.com and describe your request. Proof of identity may be requested only where there is reasonable doubt. You may also lodge a complaint with the French data protection authority, the CNIL, at cnil.fr.
9. Changes
This policy may change if the service, providers or regulations change. The last-updated date appears at the top of the page. Any material change will be communicated appropriately.
