It all starts with passion.
Italian roots. A skilled touch. And the same wish, every day: to delight you. In 1997, Ciro Panella opened Al Fornello at 114 avenue Saint-Maur, in La Madeleine.
Inspired by his mother’s recipes and holidays in Italy, Ciro Panella brings his passion to life through generous cooking rooted in his family’s story.
